José Vicente has a degree in Law, a Masters in European Communities and an MBA from IDE-CESEM. He has worked as an external consultant and subsequently at CEEI as Responsible of Training and Information Department. Currently, he is the Managing Director of CEEI Burgos. He was the responsible for the managing the Rural Development projects of Ribera del Duero, Burgalesa (1997-2007). He also manages the business incubator, and is responsible for the development of current activities and strategy of CEEI. Moreover, he is part of an external project aimed at the promotion and development of industry in Burgos, “Invertir en Burgos”, as well as being behind the initiative “Open Innovation in Burgos”, part of Telefonica’s program “Open Future”.
